The data controller for personal data collected through this website and its forms is TempoBook, hereinafter "TempoBook" or "we." You can contact us by writing to gestion@tempobook.net.

We only collect the data necessary to fulfill your request, send you the requested information, and, with prior consent, keep you informed about TempoBook. Typical data includes:

  • Business or company name.
  • Email address.
  • Phone number / WhatsApp.
  • Message or additional details you voluntarily share with us.

3. Purposes of Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Primary purpose: to respond to your requests, send you the information or documents you have requested (e.g., case studies, demos, or quotes), and manage your commercial relationship with TempoBook.
  • Secondary purpose (with consent): to send you commercial communications, newsletters, news, offers, and relevant information about TempoBook and the scheduling management and conversational CRM sector.

Consent for the secondary purpose is free, prior, express, and informed. You can revoke it at any time by following the "unsubscribe" link included in each communication or by writing to gestion@tempobook.net.

We apply the principles of legality, purpose, freedom, truthfulness or quality, transparency, access and restricted circulation, security, and confidentiality.

5. Data Subject Rights

  • Request proof of the authorization granted.
  • Request information about the use of your data.
  • File complaints with your country's data protection authority.
  • Revoke authorization and/or request the deletion of your data when appropriate.
  • Access your data free of charge at least once every calendar month.

To exercise these rights, send your request to gestion@tempobook.net clearly indicating the right you wish to exercise and attaching a document that allows us to identify you.

TempoBook will not sell, assign, or transfer your personal data to third parties without your prior consent, unless it is necessary to comply with a legal or judicial obligation or for the provision of the contracted service with trusted providers (e.g., storage services, email marketing, and payment processing) who act under our instructions and with the same security and confidentiality obligations.
